Mergence
Mergence means “to blend together, combine, unite.” Life as a church planter can at times be lonely and overwhelming especially if you’re moving to Tucson from somewhere else without knowing a soul here. That’s why we’ve created the Mergence Network for church planters. We get the church planters together once a month for a time of hanging out, drinking coffee, building friendships, eating, sharing ideas, networking, and encouragement. Everyone is required to check their egos at the door because it isn’t about comparing numbers and growth, but sharing our lives. We like to vary things for our times together. We also get all of the families together too. It could be a Christmas party, a concert, going to a church planters house, or whatever we’d like to do. There is a special bond and fraternity among church planters and it’s awesome to be able to get together to talk, worship, and eat. Sometimes as planters we’ll have special events or conferences that we go to as well. We’ll keep it fresh and do what we can to support, encourage, and equip our church planters.
Regional Clusters - Right now we're going through the process of clustering church planters based upon the regions they're planting in. As more churches are being planted and new planters coming on to the scene its getting more difficult to gather everyone in a central location. We'll start off with a NW Cluster, a Central / East Cluster, and a South Cluster. For more information contact Sean. Once the clusters are established check back here for meeting times, places, and dates.
NW Cluster - TBD for September
South Cluster - TBD for September
