Worship Catalyst

Worship Catalyst exists to identify, mentor and train worship artists in emerging churches in southern Arizona and across the country, helping equip them to reach their communities for Jesus Christ. Our purpose is to mentor leaders who will use the arts as a key component in their congregation's strategy to reach out and share God's love to those who don't know Christ.

Worship Catalyst is led by Austin Ryan. For over 16 years, Austin Ryan has been leading people toward God in worship using music and many other expressions of the arts. In October 2007, Austin completed a nine year stint as Worship Pastor at Copperfield Church in Houston, TX where he oversaw the leadership of great musicians, actors, dancers, singers and visual and technical artists. Now, as the primary consultant for Worship Catalyst, Austin serves multiple churches in southern Arizona by identifying, training and developing their worship artists. He enjoys hanging out with his family anywhere and everywhere.
